Dog Walkers (Part-Time / Flexible Hours)

We’re looking for kind, calm, and reliable humans who love dogs and understand the importance of gentle handling, clear communication, and routine. This isn’t just leash time — it’s trust time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Walk 1–3 dogs at a time (or solo for pups who need space)

  • Follow thoughtfully mapped routes by neighborhood

  • Send real-time updates and photos to pet parents

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and the team

  • Handle dogs with care, patience, and presence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience with dogs (personal or professional)

  • Comfortable managing multiple dogs on leash

  • Punctual, communicative, and compassionate

  • Available weekday mornings/afternoons (bonus if weekends too)

  • Based in Los Angeles and ready to walk rain or shine

Street Team / Community Outreach (Flexible)

Help us spread the word! You’ll represent Soft Paws Society in the neighborhood by handing out flyers, talking to dog owners, and generating buzz at dog parks, local businesses, and community spots.

You Are:

  • Friendly, confident, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable engaging with strangers

  • Passionate about dogs and small business

  • Available for flexible shifts around your neighborhood
